After analyzing the working principle and the control technology of hydraulic impact machine at home and abroad, with the help of the traditional hydraulic impactor with the distance feedback working principles, the dissertation puts forward an innovation hydraulic impact machine system based on the variation distances shifted steplessly principles, studies systematically the design and the working parameter adjustment principles and electro-hydraulic control strategy, revealing essentially the working law of the new hydraulic impact machine system. In order to control steplessly the hydraulic impact piston distance, it designs brand-new adjust mechanism for variable distances hydraulic impact machine, and performs a computer dynamic digital simulation and structure devices, and provides theoretical basis for the electro-hydraulic control of hydraulic impact machine. Basing on the study of the motion law and structure model of the new hydraulic impact machine system, it performs a computer digital simulation with the help of its non-liner mathematical model, and studies systematically the influence of hydraulic impact machine system parameters to its working capability, and summarizes the immanent law of the new hydraulic impact machine system. In the light of its technology peculiarity what can be adjusted automatically the impact energy and frequency to the physical characteristics of working medium, the dissertation expounds first the electro-hydraulic control system and control methods based on high-speed on-off valve, and studies thehydraulic dynamical fountain--the new variable capacity servo-system and thepropulsion servo-system of the hydraulic pump, establishes the mechatronic control theory of the new hydraulic impact machine system. To evaluate accurately the working capability of the hydraulic impact equipment, the dissertation expounds a thinking that software is instrument, establishes first the hydraulic impact computer aided test & control system, and carries out evaluating the integration capability of the hydraulic impact equipment. In the light of the researches mentioned above, it makes a new hydraulic impact equipment with variable distance controlsteplessly--BXC-350 hydraulic rock drill. According to the experiment, thesimulation results are in good agreement experiment ones. So the expected theory study purpose has been achieved.With all the achievements mentioned above, the design theory, control methodsand test evaluation theoretical system of the new hydraulic impact machine system is established, and modern machine technique, electro-hydraulic control technique, computer technique and aided test & control technique is connect, which provides the theoretical basis and technical guidance for the development of the hydraulic impact machine.
