Natural gas is rich in the global reserve for the cleanest energy, and the globalenergy experts fully realize that it will become the 21st century energy. The variouscountries' energy structure will revolve the natural gas to make the great change, thisnot only will be greatly advantageous to the global environment, moreover,direct-fired absorption chiller also will have the stronger competitive ability in the airconditioning application. Direct-fired absorption chiller is fueled by natural gas or oil,so the exhaust heat is in existence by the heat energy form. The temperature ofdischarges fume is about 200 ℃, if using heat recovery technology to get useful heatfor absorption chiller's heat source , through the refrigeration cycle to achieve thegoal of refrigeration, it will be an effective way of utilizing the waste heat.This research attempts to start from our country's energy structure characteristicreality, make some improvement to the existing direct-fired absorption refrigerationcycle, and finally make a prototype machine, which is based on the existingtechnology and conforms to the market request of energy conservation andenvironmental protection.The basic research mentality is to conduct the cycle optimization researchthrough the computer simulation of: ①series solution cycle with exhaust heatrecovery generator ( weak solution going into high pressure generator first) ②parallel solution cycle with exhaust heat recovery (weak solution separating eachother after going through the low temperature heat exchanger)③parallel solutioncycle with exhaust heat recovery (weak solution separating each other before goinginto the low temperature heat exchanger). Then according to computer simulationresults, chooses one kind of typical absorption cycle with the heat recovery generator,carries out the unit design calculation and makes the prototype;finally carries on theexperiment system design and the experiment tests, obtains the correlation empiricaldata and carries out the data processing and the performance analysis.In this thesis innovation mainly manifests in:(1) The new concept of four kind of absorption cycle model with the heatrecovery generator, which is a bold attempt and the beneficial supplement of theabsorption cycle research;(2) For the first time conducted the computer simulation research on theperformance of three absorption cycles with the heat recovery generator circulation,obtained the relations of steam proportion and the coefficient of performance, primaryenergy efficiency, the fuel gas consumption, the cooling water volume and so on;(3) Conducted the research on the best exhaust temperature for the first time,obtained best discharge temperature and the best waste heat recycling quantity;(4) For the first time made an absorption chiller with exhaust heat recoverygenerator, and has conducted the preliminary experimental study;(5) Proposed for the first time the moist rate WR concept, and introduced it tofalling film absorption process on horizontal tubular absorber.
