Production scheduling system is active research area of CIMS in recent years, but so far there is not practical system for complex multi-project production. Based on deep analysis of current research literature on production scheduling optimization methods and artificial intelligent techniques, aiming at multi-project cross-parallel production,pressure of critical resource shared and environmental incertitude, this dissertation proposes solutions to several key techniques of multi-agents based multi-project production scheduling system and develop a prototype system.This dissertation studies agent model and its construction methods for multi-project production scheduling mode. Aimed at the characteristics of multi-project production, multi-project production scheduling mode, based on two-level coordination, is developed to control plans inside enterprise by extending MRPII/OPT in the single project to multi-project enterprise. The hybrid framework of multi-agents based multi-project production scheduling system is presented so that complex multi-project production scheduling problem is decomposed and predigested.Excellent scheduling algorithms can be integrated on this supporting flat.This dissertation studies ECNP-based collaboration planning methods. In terms of analysis of collaboration planning process among multi-project, ECNP-based coordination model and coordination process model for collaboration production planning are proposed to combine the controlled coordination with the free coordination for meeting the demand of multi-project production. ECNP based coordination mechanism is developed.Through bidding mechanism and coordination between task manager and bidder, an assigning method based multi-agent coordination is proposed for assigning tasks in multi-project environments.Task assignment problem model,bidding coordination mechanism and coordination algorithm are studied.
