| In the modern electricity metrology standards, standard capacitor is considered as the best phsical standard which can be used to reappearance of the capacitance unit—Farad. Capacitor is a basic circuit component and widely used in the electronic equipments and electrical engineering fields. Capacitance metrology technology is a background research task. If the capacitance metrology level and the measuring technology cannot meet the demand, it will affect the progress of the related science and technology directly. Therefore, the research on the capacitance metrology technology is of very important significance.Our national capacitance metrology level in the low frequency range (below 10 kHz) has reached the international advanced level. But with the development of science and technology, there exists a big difference between our national and international advanced level in the aspect of the frequency range and the capacitance range etc, especially in the aspect of the frequency range. So the capacitance metrology technology in high frequency cannot meet the need of testing for impedance metrology standards and the measurement instruments. It is very urgent for us to extend the frequency range. In recent years, the metrological scholars of some developed countries have been taking great efforts on capacitance metrology in the frequency range from acoustic frequency to microwave, and several countries have set up their capacitance standard in the extended frequency range. In order to build and modify the national capacitance standard in the extended frequency range and testing system, National Institute of Metrology P.R.China establishes the corresponding project, named"capacitance metrology", to study the technology of capacitance metrology in the extended frequency range. The author accomplished this dissertation through taking part in the project.The main contents of this dissertation are: Based on the national capacitance standard, the principle and the measurement method for capacitance metrology are studied, and the frequency response of a four-terminal-pair (4TP) capacitor acted as the capacitance standard is measured in the extended frequency range. Based the capacitance standards, studies on the calibration for the frequency response of single-port capacitor and the measurement for the frequency response of 4TP resistor are performed.The work is divieded in several parts as follows:... |
