Rearview mirror is a quite important part of an automobile. If there are blind domains and distorted image on the rearview mirror of an automobile, that may increase the probability of danger to driver. It is very significant to design a kind of rearview mirror with wide eyeshot and little distortion. Nowadays automobile is more and more popular, and the market of rearview mirror is quite large. So people have designed a lot of new rearview mirrors, of which the most typical type is gradual change curvature rearview mirror. However, these new types are short of the support of mathematical models and dependable theoretical analysis. In this paper we will present a new assume which will divide rearview mirror of wide eyeshot into primary visual field and subordinate visual field and establish a mathematical model of rearview mirror of wide eye shot by analyzing its characteristic. Moreover, we will evaluate the quality of this rearview mirror by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The paper consists of three parts: in the first part we study the theory of rearview mirror. On the basis of interpolating, fitting, moving least squares, mesh method and meshless method, we present a new assume which will divide rearview mirror of wide eyeshot into primary visual field and subordinate visual field .Moreover, we introduce a kind of multiple mathematical modeling method which concentrates the theory of reverse engineer, lease squares of surface fitting, adaptive pervasive meshless method and moving lease squares of surface fitting. This kind of method can realize the tentative plan of rearview mirror of wide eye shot and accord with national criterion and vocational criterion and be propitious to develop theoretical research. In the second part, we talk about the example of rearview mirror. We will apply above-mentioned theory to rearview mirror. We put up a better experiment of a kind of rearview mirror of metabolic curvature and establish model of corresponding rearview mirror and put forward theoretical analytical method. Next, we carry through numerical experiment and analyze experimental result. In the third part, we carry with numerical simulation. We apply simulation technique to mathematical model, which can display intuitionally field of vision of rearview mirror.
