Because the service environment of most test articles involves multiple shakers, multiple axis vibration testing greatly increase the realism of the test environment, thereby providing better evaluation of test performance.Funded by the advanced research combined with LDS corporation and Zhejiang university, the thesis focused on improving the accuracy of the random vibration spectrum profile replication on multiaxes/multiexiters system, specially improving the accuracy on the formants of the system. First, the thesis discussed the main factor which will effect the control accuracy is the accuracy of the Frequency Response Function (FRF) matrix and its inverse. The multiresolution signal processing is used to classical spectrum estimate and the different resolution FRF matrix could be calculated. Then the different resolution FRF matrix is fused which has higher accuracy than any one of the single resolution FRF matrix by least variance algorithm.Because the inverse FRF matrix would have large error if the FRF matrix is singular and the singular vector decompose(SVD) algorithm is so complex that can not satisfy the requirement of the real time control, the X-filter adaptive inverse control method is introduced to solve that problem. At the same time, the adaptive inverse control method is a robust control method that has insensitiveness for noise disturbing. This character is better than the signal comedy control method. The communication efficiency and speed limited the development of the multisaker controller. An new instrument bus was presented that it was designed with two bus structure. One was message bus and the other was data bus. So it could support message and data transgfering at the same time. The instrument bus supported the multi-host communication in message bus with character the nondestructive arbitration and it developed the bus communication efficiency.
