The precise observation photo-electricity telescope (photo-electricity telescope for short) is the main device to observe man-made objects in the space. The precision of the shafting orientation measuring data is the ultimate guarantee for carrying out high precise orbit-fixed of space objects.The error analysis and correction for photo-electricity telescope device is the aim of the paper. Based on the measure principle of the ground photo-electricity telescope, various errors which influence the data precision of observation device are detailedly analyzed. According to different errors property, diverse correct measures are adopted, and the methods are suggested for the inner coincident precision evaluation. Along with these have been applied in the practice, expectative results have been gained.The paper summarizes all kinds of error sources. These error sources are separated static error and dynamic error. Static error mostly includes shafting error, coder error, time-lag error by TV sensor, measure distortion by optics structure and atmosphere refraction error etc. Dynamic errors chiefly comprise alteration error by instruments' run, error compounded by undershooting quantity as a result of time sampling no-synchronous, optical axis swaying error and atmosphere trembling error and other errors etc.Two models are presented to correct static point error and the difference are compared from theory; to reduce the effect of atmosphere reflection in low altitude, the way of star scanning back is advanced; the interval of the TV undershooting quality lagging behind coder is inspected and compensated during data combination; the parabola inserting value and self-suit Kalman filtering are compared in the correct error about time sampling no-synchronous; undecided system error is detected by cursor balopticon is applied to inspect shafting error of optical machine.According to the effect of random error measure equation of random error is established from space reference frame to the picture surface on the basis of space reference frame transposition. Then distribution of every random error is particularly presented and the trend of random error influencing measure data is also analyzedLeast Squares Fit, Vondrak Smoothing Method and single pass orbit determination are compared by the data of many circles secondary planet orbit. And single pass orbit determination is better to evaluate the inner coincident precision of dynamic measure data photo-electricity telescope.Statistic dynamic measure precision by single pass orbit determination indicates that the RMS of corrected data is 5 second through a series of correct error test on the photo-electricity telescope.
