At present many big cities are constructing a large number underground space projects including the subway etc .With the increasing existing basements and other structures can be used to air defense blockhouse by functional transformation from peacetime to wartime. developing civil air defense project research, and exploring material or structure or technique or method of civil air defense project in order to warrant the reliability and speedy and economy of functional transformation, is the demand of quicken civil air defense project reconstruction, and also is the significant strategic of putting coalition policy from peacetime to wartime into effect of the new period, It possess a high sense of theory and practical value. By adopting technique of bonded steel plate make a great quantity civil underground space transform to shielding engineering just before going into battle. Effective strengthen cities' total defensive ability, will be the major issues of the 21th century engineering construction research.. Around technique of bonded steel plate and its distinguishing feature, by using steel reinforced plates to form entrance close-up of defense structure and to form joint of prefabricate structural member, this paper introduce standing force analysis of lap joint strengthened by steel plate, combined with the means of numeric analysis to analyze a gateway of defense structure of a typical garage closed up by steel plates.A 3D friction contact element method is developed in this paper, and the method be used to analyze a beam and a two-way plate strengthened by Bonded Steel Plate .The result of interface stress distribute of a beam strengthened by Bonded Steel Plate compared with the one of analytical solutions ,the same comparison of the bending and shearing be used to a two-way plate strengthened by Bonded Steel Plate, and the numerical results agree with the analytical results with reasonable reliability, It proves using a 3D friction contact element method to analyze interface stress distribute is feasible. In this paper, the design project that a gateway of defense structure of a typical garage closed up with steel plates is presented, and then it is analyzed by using three dimensional (3D) FEM dynamic numerical value analysis. By revising the strength of the bonding steel component and the contact element, the results show that the technology of strengthening with bonding steel plates is adequate to close up a gateway of defense structure of a typical garage with steel plates.By similar design to the joint structure of bonded steel plate to carry out a on-site test in the nuclear blast pressure imitate container, by way of the strain distribute regularity to obtain steel plate-concrete interface cohesive stress distribute, proving the joint structure of bonded steel plate...
