In order to research simulation of train operation and movement process, and optimization on train control scheme, based on works relative, the paper builds a multi-objective train operation and movement simulation model and algorithm by build multi-particle train model, design railway partition model and algorithm, make and optimize train movement process model etc. Ground on the simulation model, train operation simulation system is built up. According to the train simulation system, combined with genetic algorithm theory, the paper bring genetic algorithm into optimization of train control scheme successfully. Before this work, train movement process was decomposed and analyzed deeply. The algorithm can calculate quickly more excellent train movement and control projects than multi-particle model. The paper's research emphasized on several aspects as follow:1. Multi-objective train operation simulation model such as energy consumption,runtime and stop precision etc. train control indexes is brought out based on train traction calculation theory, theory of mechanical work in train control process and theory of train energy consumption in movement process.2. Three representative train operation simulation strategies is brought forward by analyzed on similarities and differences between ordinary railway transportation system and urban railway transportation system, and ground on multi-objective train operation and movement simulation model, and combined with theory of train traction calculation and operation simulation. Therefore, according to the most quickly train running strategy, the single-particle train operation simulation model is built up.3. Ground on the single-particle train simulation model, with build multi-particle train model and simulation algorithm, consider effect of train's length on resistance calculation, design railway partition model and train outside force algorithm in grade change section, optimization shift policy between different control levels, replace constant speed trajectory with wavelike speed trajectory in middle train movement process, use reverse recursion calculation method and others, the paper construct improved multi-particle train operation...
