In the study of concrete corrosion due to salt, concrete corrosion by single ion has been studied for many years,with lots of achievements obtained and theoretical research and engineering application becoming sophisticated. On the other hand, the research of concrete corrosion of many ion is so late that there are few reports at home and aborod. In this paper, based on the promoting experiment of concrete corrosion by the artificial sea water, the experimental study on the concrete blocks and members on how to bear corrosion due to salt has been made. Then, starting from experiment and analysis method, the Computational Intelligence (CI) method, which is completely systematically studied in this paper, is introduced to analyze the concrete corrosion by salt. It establishes the foundation for calculating and analyzing the concrete bearing causticity.1. Experimental research on the concrete blocks'bearing causticity. According to the different cement variety, water/cement ratio and cement dosage, 130 pieces of concrete was designed and tested to bear the corrosion of sea water. The change is studied between the strength of silicate and scoria concrete with the circulation times of concrete corrosion by sea water. Testing result shows that the strength of the concrete is increasing with the circulation times first, then gradually reduces to lower. The scoria concrete is superior to silicate concrete in resisting the corrosion of sea water.2. Experimental rearsch on the concrete beams and columns bearing causticity. According to the different water/cement ratio, 32 beams and 10 columns were designed and tested to bear the corrosion of sea water. The change is studied between the bearing capacity of beam and column of concrete with the circulation times of corrosion of sea water. Testing result shows that the bearing capacity of beam and column of concrete reduces to lower gradually. The beam and column, which water/cement ratio is 0.5 is excelled one of 0.6.3. Analysis of concrete corrosion due to salt based on CI. The study of concrete corrosion due to salt can be regarded as a non-linear system. A solution to this problem involves Genetics Algorithm (GA), a new method applied in the study and analysis of corrosion by salt test, while non-linear analytical model is established. Based on the capability of Nerve Net (NN) to coincide random non-linear function,the imitation calculation and forecast models of concrete strength and bearing capacity of specimens are established with analysis and study being conducted.
