Require of the external of object is higher than before with the society developing. Electrostaric spraying techonolgy is a new technology which quickly developed and been used in whole industry field.The electrostatic oiler, which developped based on the technology of electrostatic atomization, is a high scientific and technical production gathered mechanic, hydraulic, electricity, high-voltage electrostatic and computer control technology.Charged atomization mechanism of the oiler is analyzed in the paper based on the structure and atomization process of the oiler. The mathematic model of charged amount and critical electric field intensity is deduced in the paper based on electrostatic theory. Profound discussing of atomization mechanism on the oiler is done by using the plasma body theory combining the actual working conditions of oiler beam in high voltage field.According theory analysing above, amount experiments is done to find how the oiler's characters to influence the spraying atomizing quality. Jet length and atomizing angle is the major evaluating indicator of spraying atomizing quality . The regularity of the voltage and beam structure influencing the jet length and atomizing angle is found in the paper. Oil atomization forking phenomenon from 35KV to 50KV in experiment is analyzed qualitatively from electrostatics theory in this paper.Based on the principle of electromagnetic and the calculating methods of finite element, the structure of the oil and electrostatic field are analyzed for finite element by using ANSOFT Maxwell electrostatic field analysis module. Vector distribution of electric potential and electric-filed intensity of oil room are simulated. Variable rule between the maximum density of filed and blade length, oil room width, the distance of blade and steel plate and so on are obtained in the paper. The result of simulation is anastigmatic with the experiment's.Microscopic view for oil atomization is studied by utilizing ATEST-212 spraying laser granularity instrument in this thesis. voltage, flow and particle size database are established, what is more, the relation of voltage, flow and particle size are detailed discussed from theory. Based on the principle and experimental methods, the equipment is self-designed for reducing the voltage for oil atomization. It is found in the experiment that blade electrode attaching additional insulating board need 16KV voltage to get the same atomizing effect as pure blade electrode need 60KV voltage. At the same time, against cutting edge of lower blade is uprising, which object may fall on the cutting edge of lower blade to breakage it, inclined spraying technology for lower blade is established in this thesis.Integral and system studing of charged atomization process of the oiler through theory analyzing,experimental researching and simulation certificating will offer theory basis for development of the pioneer electrostatic oiler .
