Compared with other traditional structures, the steel reinforced concrete structure is possessed of distinctive advantages and fine seismic behaviors, so it, which belongs to one of the composite structures of steel and concrete, will be widely used in project field. Since the random vibration theory was applied to this field, so many achievements have been accomplished and greatly promoted the work of earthquake-resistant practice.With the development study of the strong emotion records and the ground emotion characteristics, the certain design methods in using will be replaced by the earthquake-resistant design concept and method based on random vibration theory. So, the research of the steel reinforced concrete structure is very necessary. The main research works can be described as follows:1) Based on the review of the development of random vibration theory, the pseudo-excitation method and probability density evolution method on earthquake-resistant analysis of engineering are discussed in detail.2) According to random vibration theory, the power spectral density function consistent to response spectrum of earthquake-resistant design code was obtained by iterative method, and which was imitated by nonlinear method. So, the power spectral density parameter consistent to design code was obtained.3) Failure patterns, hysterics curves, skeleton curves of steel reinforced high strength concrete columns are obtained by tests of 6 specimens. The influences of axial compression coefficient and stirrup ratio on the seismic performance of steel reinforced high strength concrete columns are analyzed.4) By analyzing the experiment results of SRC members under cyclic load, the parameters in the restoring force model corresponding to design parameters of SRC member and structure are determined. Using the random equivalent linearization method, a deformation analysis of random elastoplastic response for a SRC frame model is presented.5) The dynamic characteristics of stochastic SRC frame structures are analyzed by using Random Factor Method. Then, from the expressions of SRC frame structural random response of the frequency domain, the computational expressions of the mean value, variance and variance coefficient of the mean square value of the structural displacement and stress response under the stationary random excitation or non-stationary random are developed.6) Based on the double damage criterion, the damage index of structure is defined by a nonlinear function of the deformation and dissipated energy. Then, a numberical example of SRC structure is given for expected damage index and the fuzzy dynamic reliability analysis.
