Study On Formation Mechanism And Regulation Of The Spatial Structure Of The City Region Of Changchun

Study on spatial structure of city region is the important research content and part of city and region interaction theoretical system in our country ,it is also the research field which many contemporary domestic and foreign scholars advocate. The spatial structure of city region is one of the important theory research fields of regional economics and economic geography,regulation to the spatial structure of city region is also one of the important practice research main battlefields of regional economic geography.Spatial structure of city region is each economic activity and each town′s spatial distribution condition and spatial combination form in city region .It is in specific social economic development,due to each town interaction and interrelationship forming the town spatial distribution form, gather scale and gather shape in the region.This article insists on the research method of combining theory with practice,combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis. Using regional economics, economic geography as well as regional planning and so on to card the choroid which evolves to the spatial structure of Changchun region,through the creation of research methods and research thinking, seeks the mechanism of spatial structure of Changchun region′s formation and evolution,and proposes the regulative countermeasures.Part one:Elaborated the basic theory of spatial structure of city region. According to the situation judgment of city and region conformity development,thought that city and the region conformity theory, spatial proliferation and conduction theory, circle layer and polynuclear structural theory, city and countryside relation and interaction theory are the theoretical basis of spatial structure of city region; and defined the city regionalization, the city region, the spatial structure of city region.Part two:Analyzed the mechanism of spatial structure of city region′s evolution and regulation. Thought that the evolution mechanism of spatial structure of city region is spatial constraints of resources and environment,support effects of technical progress,driving of industrial structure upgrading,system innovation and program guide,and also deeply analyzed the regulatory mechanism of spatial structure of city region.Part three:Analyzed the formation evolution process of spatial structure of Changchun region. The formation evolution of spatial structure of Changchun region will be divided into four stages,that is initial nature stage of regional town settlement,the form and develop stage of regional modern towns ,form stage of regional contemporary cities and the structure system as well as the city regionalization and the development stage of metropolitan area.Part four: Studied the formation mechanism of spatial structure of Changchun region. Obtains from the influence factor of spatial structure change of Changchun region, thought that geography factor, agglomeration and diffusion mechanism, industrial structure upgrading mechanism, system mechanism as well as the planning guide mechanisms are the main mechanisms which drive spatial structure formation of Changchun region, preliminary established the dynamic system of spatial structure evolution of Changchun region.Part five:Studied the regulative practice of spatial structure of Changchun region. Proposed the regulative idea and the regulative goal of regional spatial structure optimization,thought that spatial system establishment of regional circle layer and point axis composite,advancement of central city diffusion and city regionalization are the regulation key of regional spatial structure, and also constructed the support system of regional spatial structure optimization.Part Sixth: Proposed the coordinated countermeasure of spatial structure system of Changchun region. Including the establishment of strengthened metropolitan area coordination management organization, the improvement of city and region planning management system,the establishment of urban and rural harmonious overall development policy,the establishment of regional whole resources and the land utilization policy as well as the making of local laws of regional towns coordinated development.
