With the application and the research of grid in science and computation,it has been applied in many fields such as science, business and industry. Manufacturing Grid is a network infrastructure on the basis of theories of grid computing, combined with the traditional manufacturing. Manufacturing Grid provides a manufacturing environment that is distributed, dynamic and loose coupling, which makes up for the lack of networked manufacturing, provides an effective thought of fully sharing of resources and cooperative work for the of every stage of product lifecycle. The application of Manufacturing Grid at Manufacturing effectively reduces manufacturing cost, improves the resources utilization rate and fastens the time to market, and provides integration support services platform of application development and system running that is open, flexible and easy-maintaining, reconstructable, extensible for enterprises to implement advanced manufacturing technology.This paper bases on the need of improving the ability of enterprises'resource sharing, enhancing the ability of manufacturing cooperative work,implementing maximum validity of production by manufacturing resource fast and effective integration. It researches that Manufacturing Grid key technology, key software, platform and toolkit combined with research program at present to Manufacturing enterprises in China especially in GuangXi province for lack of funds, service application platform system is not perfect, management mechanism and the idea are out of data, resource utilization and lower economic efficiency, the majority of industry value chain has not really set up links with international standards.There are seven main research achievements and innovations in this paper:(1) Combined with Globus Toolkit version 4, A Manufacturing Grid infrastructure on the basis of GT4 is provides on this paper. It also constructs a Manufacturing Grid experiment platform based on GT4. On the MG experimental platform, a "Manufacturing Grid Integrated Approach" is proposed to integrate with manufacturing grid data, and provides data access and integration programs of middleware of a virtual view ---- OGSA-DAI, based on the middleware, it's function has been extended through workflow technology, Activity development utilization. Designs the experimental platform of Manufacturing Grid data access and integration, on the basis of this, provides the manufacturing grid integration module block diagram based on OGSA-DAI; designs a specific example that shows and describes key technologies that accesses and integrates distribution Heterogeneous data.Know from the current professional literature, there is no manufacturing grid data access and integration of research in this area is reported to make up for the manufacturing grid technology in these critical research gaps and shortcomings.(2) The distributed and complex data concentrated query is realized physically and parallelly based on the OGSA-DQP, a Distributed Query Processing. The Flow chart of OGSA-DQP + OGSA-DAI manufacturing grid data query is given on this paper. For the Shortcomings of OGSA-DQP graphical interfaces, such as not having DISTINCT function and GROUP BY function, not integrated in the applictions, it is improved by application programming and testified in the Manufacturing Grid experiment platform.(3) Neural net Resource Reservation technology based on Service Level is provided, and system basic framework of Resource Reservation neural net is built up. The Manufacturing Grid Resource Reservation control strategy based on neural net is also studied on this paper. It is testified by an example and Matlab simulation.(4)Through the expansion of JSDL, the manufacturing grid objectives and tasks are described, task model is constructed, and task Management experimental environment is researched based on Manufacturing Grid experimental platform, and management control of experimental platform task are completed by using Condor system as foregrounding of GT4. The task management services interface is definited in Manufacturing Grid experimental platform, a task management services are completed by using Java language.(5)Two kinds of application modes of Pervasive Manufacturing Grid are provided: service request mode and service provide-request mode. The architecture of Pervasive Manufacturing Grid is brought and described in detail. A data query mode of Manufacturing Grid based on provide-request mode in Pervasive environment is designed and developed. And a digital resource sharing mode of Manufacturing Grid in Pervasive environment is designed and developed.(6)By hierarchical thought, it designs a manufacturing grid evaluation model MGPEM (Manufacturing Grid Performance Evaluation Model) based on OGSA-DAI middleware, including the resource layer, deal with the evaluation layer and application layer;Centre of gravity coordinates algorithm flow is provided; and manufacturing grid evaluation model working flows based on SLA are given also.The main of the research achievement have been tested in both Manufacturing Grid experiment platform and the Guilin information manufacturing center, no wrong and running fine.The rest have also been simulated and verificated, and achieved the desired results.The researches and achievements of this paper will change situation that knowledge and information resources are alone at manufacturing, enhance creative competence of country and districts manufacturing and avoid the risk of manufacturing informationization process; moreover, it will help country and districts manufacturing integrates modern manufacture resources, improve ability and management level of cooperate working at enterprise; furthermore, it will help integrating districts resources, advance districts economic competition; in addition, the researches and achievements of this paper makes up key technology of Manufacturing Grid, perfects academic ideas of Manufacturing Grid.
