The 3d imaging theory and motion mechanism's study of Low-voltage electricalapparatus's arc movement process have gained a great development in worldwide.Thevisualization research of arc movement is a new method and it's still at the starting stage.Thetechnologies of visualization research include many fields such as apparatus,numericalcalculation,image processing and computer science.The nonlinear and instantaneouscomplex characteristics of arc make the measurement very difficult,the arc mechanism,performance analyzes and model designs are still immature and imperfect.So there are manyworks to do such as the theory study of arc mode,the 3d finite analysis of apparatus andelectromagnetic mechanism,the computer aid design of apparatus and dynamic characteristicstudy of arc.If we do further study we can know complex phenomenon of contactor's entiremotion process such as electrical phenomenon,thermal phenomenon,magnetic phenomenonand mechanical phenomenon.Based on the 3d visualization study of arc image's enhancement and motion process,weanalyze the formation mechanism,arc characteristic and motion morphology's basic theory.In order to observe and analyze arc's dynamic flight process in the arc chamber from differentangle.The main processing of arc image includes image digital,image smoothing,imagesegmentation,image edge detection,image enhancement.In this paper we do imageenhancement by image enhancement technologies based on wavelet transform and histogram.The strong characteristic of arc column can be maintained and the image characteristic ofelectrical apparatus's moving contact can be shown outstandingly.The enhanced arc imagesuit to human visual feature,so it affords effective analysis foundation for analyze of arc'sdynamic process and construct of arc's visualization model.And it gets favorableenhancement effect of arc image.In this paper we construct the firmware to do arc radiationdetection,image sample,in-phase control and date process based on theory of colorimetrictemperature measurement.We demarcate the acquisition device,apply the computedtomography theory that applied successfully in medical to the reconstruct of 3d temperaturefield.We construct the test device that can sample projection radiation intensity of three groupsix channel by single side array CCD.The position of arc can be located exactly in differentoptical path by contactor edge detection method.The radiation detection optical path can beadjusted.We programmed the system software to fulfill the reconstruct of 3d temperaturefield.We studied the mathematical simulation and calculation method then proposed themethod that suit to the calculation of low-voltage arc's mathematic model.The wave shape and motion process of breaking wave can be gained by computer calculation but that workmust be done by test.We combines the theory analyzes and test research with computersimulation then the product design is more scientific and accurate.It can shorten design cyclegreatly,reduce test charge and test blindness.It's beneficial to the improvement of electricproduct's technical performance.And it has very important significance for new product'sdesign,optimization of arc chamber's design and simulation test.
