Missile overall design is a very important stage for the development of missile weapon system, the integrated design mode is an inevitable trend and also the urgent need of missile design area. Integrated missile overall design for improving missile's design quality, reducing development costs and shortening the development cycle is of great significance. With the support of State Administration of Science Technology and Industry for National Defense's basic research project and at the background of the model development of a certain type of missile, this dissertation studys five aspects of the integrated missile overall design system: top framework, data foundation, design process control, design result's simulation verification and system building. The aim of this study is to break through the key technologies, design and realize an integrated missile overall design system, and thus establish the important foundation for further digital coorperative design of missile weapon system.Main contents and accomplishments of this thesis are as follows:The architecture of the integrated missile overall design system was put forward. By using DoDAF thought for reference, the operation architecture, the system architecture, and the technical architecture of the integrated design system were given, which builds the top framework of the integrated missile overall design system.A multi-view integrated data model for missile overall design was built. Through the systemic analysis of the basic factors in integrated missile design process, all kinds of basic data models were derived, which fully describe the data in integrated missile overall design process from eight sides. Then, by the way of model synthesis, a uniform view of data model is carried out. Based on this integrated data model, a PDM Enablers-based data organization and management method for integrated missile overall design was proposed. First, the PDM Enablers standard was introduced, a data management framework for integrated missile overall design was set up. Then, its some key problems, such as data's state change, version management, security control and hierarchical information storage mode, were furtherly researched, corresponding organization and management methods were gived. The suggested model and method together establish the data foundation for integrated missile design.A kind of workflow-based process modeling and scheduling method for integrated missile overall design was proposed. First, the meta-model of workflow for integrated missile overall design was built, and its formalized description was gived. Then, by way of extending the Timed-Coloured Petri Nets, the MODWF-net (Missile Overall Design Workflow Net) was put forward and then built. Finally, the workflow engine for integrated missile design process was designed, the workflow scheduling strategy and execution algorithms were given also. A dynamic data flow modeling and scheduling method for integrated missile overall design was put forward. First, the data flow meta-model for integrated missile overall design was established based on the workflow meta-model, and its entities were defined and formalized. Next, the two-step data flow modeling method for integrated missile overall design was proposed, and its graphical representation and semantic verification method were given also. Finally, through extending traditional workflow engine, the data flow scheduling policy was presented, and some key scheduling algorithms including data preparing, data verification and data submitting were realized.A visual simulation approach based on scenario for integrated missile overall design was proposed. Firstly, a visual simulation framework was established. Then, aiming at the problem of simulation task planning, the military symbol model used in command automation system was introduced and then expanded to three-dimensional space, thus a kind of dynamic 3D military symbol modeling method based on control grid was proposed. Finally, aiming at the problem of real-time rendering of complex scene, the hierarchical modeling method and dynamic scheduling strategy for complex scene were put forward. The suggested approach provides a realistic and multi-mode simulation scene and the supporting environment of simulation task planning for visualized verification of integrated missile overall design.A complete system of integrated missile overall design - IMODASS was designed and implemented, and its general framework, software supporting platform, basic database and professional function modules were constructed. The application example of a certain type of missile validate the feasibility, effectiveness and correctness of the proposed theories and methods and the system constructed in this paper.
