On the surface, the mission of the America national missile defense system is to defend the United States, its deployed forces, its friends and allies against attack by missile of all ranges. In fact, after the America national missile defense system is deployed on a global scale, the United States can control all other country, of courses, including its friends and allies.The United States has been several Ballistic Missile Defense systems (such as Arrow, PAC-3, THAAD, etc.), some of them already deployed and others to be deployed in the near future. Currently deployed Ballistic Missile systems, such as Arrow and PAC-3, demonstrated in actual flight tests excellent homing performance against non-maneuvering targets.It is important to detect ballistic missile launches in time and accurately for effective counter measures. Trajectory estimation plays an important role in early warning system and ballistic missile defense system for tracking. Early detection could allow warning system to be dispatched to the prediction impact areas. The detection of launches is also important in alerting defensive systems against these attacks as early as possible.The maneuver of warhead can disturb the launches information obtained by the America national missile defense system and shorten the warning time, and the penetration capacity of attacking ballistic missile is improved. The America national missile defense system already deployed on Taiwan of our country and Japan, which will seriously threaten the strategic safety of our country. Thus, it has important strategic sense to research the penetration method and technology of ballistic missile.This dissertation studies the penetration method and technology of ballistic missile based on the pulse ignition of the pulse motor. The contents of this dissertation are as follows.1. The design methods of the trajectory of the maneuver of warhead based on the impulse firing of the pulse motor, including the transfer method of the orbit of the impulse type by increasing velocity along its original velocity or its normal, the general transfer method of the orbit of the impulse type in plane, the general transfer method of the orbit of the impulse type in space.2. The constraint conditions restricted ignition of all transfer methods of the orbit.3. The analysis of the effect of the penetration. 4. The method improving the precision of the impact point.The originalities of the dissertation are as follows.⑴. The dissertation presents design a method of the trajectory of the maneuver of warhead in the passive curve by increasing velocity along its original velocity or its normal based on the impulse firing and derives the constraint conditions restricted ignition, and finds the method to solve the constraint conditions.⑵. The dissertation presents a general design method of the trajectory of the maneuver of warhead in the passive curve in plane based on the impulse firing and derives the constraint conditions restricted ignition, and analysis the effect of the velocity provided by the pulse motor for the results of penetration.⑶. The dissertation presents a general design method of the trajectory of the maneuver of warhead in the passive curve in space based on the impulse firing and derives the constraint conditions restricted ignition, and gives the formulas of the velocity and the inclination of the trajectory at firing points. The relation of coordinate transformation between two different trajectory planes is found, and numeral simulation is done.⑷. Based on the research of the effect of ballistic parameters for the precision of the impact point, the dissertation presents a design method of the trajectory in the passive curve which can realize the maneuver of warhead and improve the precision of the impact point meanwhile.
