Spectrum detection in the light spectrum acquisition, chemical materials analysis, toxic substances detection, remote sensing of pollution gases has been applied in the field more and more widely, and equipment on high-speed processing requirements such as anti-interference ability constantly to improve, so the static Fourier transform spectrometer has become a topic of concern. Spectral analysis is done by the spectrometer, while the interferometer system is the main spectrometer components, namely design and development of high sensitivity, high spectral resolution of the static interferometer in the system is to improve the performance of spectrometer. Whether the spectrum detection used the form must have the corresponding analysis and its associated platform support, can effectively achieve qualitative and quantitative spectrum, it corresponds to the analysis of software development is necessary.The introduction of the Coherence properties of light, electro-optical modulation characteristics of the basic principles and theory, compared the spectrum detection principle and characteristics of various types spectrum device, the proposed based on electro-optic modulator static Fourier spectrometer design and appropriate software algorithms.The paper based on the electro-optical modulation of static Fourier interferometer modulation format, the refractive index variation of optical-path-difference function and the distribution pattern of interference fringes, from the refractive index modulation crystal (lithium niobate) to interfere with, focus lens, infrared CCD detector, high-speed signal processors and Visual C++ software platform and other components. To make the system electro-optical modulation by optical-path-difference, interference with electro-optic modulator crystal, and by controlling the modulation period determined to interfere with the modulation. Experiment with a variety of lasers, the same size of the interferometer modules, the spectral resolution has been significantly improved. In order to obtain clear interference fringes and high spectral resolution, the paper researched the basic principles of the technology of electro-optic modulation and the method of improving the spectral resolution of static Fourier spectrometer. Using a static Fourier transform interferometer, based on coherent detection technology, Fourier optics and optical signal processing, it used the electro-optic modulation Static Fourier interferometer. Interference while maintaining the traditional basis of the specific product, optical-path-difference increased with the electro-optical modulation with no scanning structure, and high spectral response speed. Experiments showed that the structure can be used in the original CCD pixel size based on the acquisition to the interference fringes. For interference with a side length of 3.00cm, with the traditional interferometer, spectral resolution is only 80.1cm-1, but with the electro-optic modulation Fourier Spectrometer, the spectral resolution can reach to 2.8cm-1.According to simulation has been calculated after the completion of the static electro-optical modulation Fourier interferometer, and developed of the analysis software. In comparing the least squares method, principal component regression, rough classification, neural networks, genetic algorithms, support vector machines and other features of the algorithm, the system application of partial least squares filter wavelengths, while genetic algorithm approach to spectral classification spectral analysis, by VC++ platform.To modulate spectrum interference fringes produced by reduction of spectral calibration, data processing and genetic classification process, finally completed all the visual analysis of spectrum information.The project studied the static electro-optical modulation Fourier Spectrometer with the static model provides the feasible method, the design not only can be used for laboratory testing and physical analysis of the spectrum, but also to lay the outdoor spectrum the foundation.
