The process need to be managed by the thinkthought of system engineering. As the development and comprehensive application of the theory and method of the systems engineering, some new theories and methods appears to support the application of systems engineering in the DST management. Nowadays, the methods of DST management focus inner of subsystems. But the ignorance of the relations of the subsystems limits the whole efficiency of DST, and the application and validity of the methods of DST too. Therefore, systemic state is used as the incisive point in this thesis which research the DST management from the angle of whole system.This thesis expounds systemic concept and systems engineering of DST, and emphasize the importance of systemic state in fulfillment of the systemic concept and the construction of the systems engineering. In order to research the systemic state of DST, integrated and microcosmic analytical method and the hall for workshop of meta-synthetic engineering are used. The thesis also brings forward the systems analysis assignment and types of DST, and adopts the parallel systemic method as the systems analytic technical route of DST. Under the systems analysis and integrative precondition, it structures the postural degree formula and reciprocity formula using the mathematic expression of systemic state. According to the characteristics of DST system, it brings forward the theory of systemic postural administrant of DST.Under the guidance of the systemic postural administrant theory, the thesis, the thesis discusses the necessity of the nodes and its setting according to the identification and evaluation of DST. Combining the characters of identification and evaluation of systemic state, and the lack of the existing method, system state discriminating model of the study on satellite type which bases on LAD and system state evaluating model of the study on satellite type which bases on Bayes network are proposed. So does the corresponding arithmetic. The definition of the nodes solves the problem how to decide the time to identify and evaluate the systemic state of DST. And the control of the pivotal and total proportion of DST is also strengthened by the setting of nodes. The discriminating model of systemic state of DST established by LAD technology can educe the factors which influence the systemic state of the DST in different nodes. The thesis has brought forward the evaluating model of systemic state of DST bases on Bayes network to evaluate the systemic state. And the evaluation will be more effective and reasonable by using probability expression and ratiocination.Facing the optimization and controlling problems of the systemic state of DST, the thesis proposed a systemic model based on the knowledge to the systemic postural farrago and the uncertain cognition of the DST. The model uses a more hiberarchy to reflect the state changing process of the multi-system in multi-node. In order to find the possible optimization route of each subsystem in the changing of the systemic state, the thesis proposes a optimization control model and a subsection differential equation reflecting systemic state changing process. The way can achieve the final aim of the system by reducing the resource used in the process of changing of the systemic state (it also can be expressed by cost function). According to uncertain of the systemic state of DST, the thesis proposes the basal model and the mechanism of the H ? control. By using the H ? control to educe the strategy′s reactive time, the whole level of DST can be improved.The idea of systemic state management has been used in the―CE-1‖satellite. The thesis uses the identification and evaluation models of systemic state, the optimization and controlling models of systemic state in the―flight model phase‖of―CE-1‖as the example to expound the idiographic calculational process. According to the calculational results, a logical and optimum strategy has been brought forward when―CE-1‖is in the flight model nodes.
