A great lot of manure is produced along with rapid development of livestock agriculture and cause serious environmental risk. Livestock manure is excellent fertilizer after properly treatment. To predict the nutrient contents of manure is the key of correct application and to decrease pollution. Study on broiler manure nutrient contents' prediction with non-wet-chemistry methods is carried out. Main content of this thesis can be concluded as follows:1. Correlations of nutrient contents such as TN(total nitrogen), TP(total phosphorus), TK(total potassium), AN(ammonia nitrogen) and EP(effective phosphorus) and three prediction indexes such as pH, SG(Specific Gravity) and EC(Electronic Conductivity) of 183 broiler manure samples fed by different feed along with whole growth cycle were studied. Results shows that, SG combined with Ec and pH are suitable for TN's prediction (R~2=0.475, p<0.001); SG combined with EC and pH are suitable for TP's prediction (R2=0.554, p<0.001); SG combined with EC are suitable for AN's prediction (R~2=0.414, p<0.001); pH combined with EC are suitable for EP's prediction (R~2=0.34, p<0.001). Broiler manure nutrient contents's prediction equations based on quick predict indexes were set up.2. 183 samples above-mentioned were scanned on a NIRS (near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy) system (WQF-400N). Relations of samples' nutrient contents determined by wet-chemistry and near-infrared spectrum were analyzed by "Leave One Out-Partial Least Square-Cross Validation" (LOO- PLS- CV), nutrient contents calibration aggregates and models based on samples' near-infrared spectrum were set up. Correlations of samples' nutrient contents and predicted resualt by near-infrared spectrum calibration models upward of 0.95. It shows that, Near-infrared spectrum analysis can be used on broiler manure nutrient contents's prediction.3. Another broiler N excretion prediction model based on mathematic analysis according to metabolic theory as broiler breed parameters are taken as independent variables and a computer prediction system based on Windows XP named "Broiler Manure Prediction System (BMPS)" found on the model were built. This system can predict TN daily output of a broiler by feed nutrient content, feed strategy, growth cycle and breed parameters and can set, save, preview data sets, compute and then output results. Two breed trials of 0-21 and 29-44 day age broilers show that prediction of BMPS has preferable correlation with realities and broiler manure nutrient contents can be predicted by the metabolic-theory-base model.
