Using Angelica dahurica (Fisch. ex Hoffm.) Benth. et Hook. f. as the experiment material, and using imperatorin and Isoimperatorin as the active constituent criterion, the broaden dynamic of xylem and phloemduringAngelica dahurica's growth and their relation with the contents of coumarin, the distribution of coumarin contents at Angelica dahurica's different part during different period, the contents dynamic of soluble sugar during different period, the influence on Angelica dahurica's yield and coumarin's contents imposed by different types of soil, growth year and habitat, the influence on Angelica dahurica's yield and coumarin's content imposed by fertilization and secondary metabolism reinforcing agent, and the influence on the coumarin contents in Angelica dahurica imposed by dryness methods are studied.. The main results are as follows:1. Xylem and phloem in Angelica dahurica shows "S" broaden curve, dry weight increases slowly in earlier stage, and increases rapidly from the end of September to the end of October; the ratio for radius between xylem and phloem is minimal in sandy soil, secondly in clay soil, and maxima] in loamy soil.2. The content of imperatorin shows the trend of gradually decreasing during the process of Angelica dahurica's growth, while the content of isoimperatorin increases at the earlier stage and decreases subsequently, but the accumulation weight increases continuously; according to different parts, the contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin are highest in the tail of the root of Angelica dahurica, secondly in the head, and lowest in the body; according to different tissues, the contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in phloem are far higher than those in xylem, both contents in leaf are low, the content of imperatorin in seed is high, and the content of isoimperatorin in seed is low; comparing the main root with the branch root, the content of coumarin in the branch root is higher than that in the main root; in phloem, the contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin are highest in the head, secondly in the tail, and lowest in the body; in xylem, the contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin also are highest in the head, secondly in the tail, and lowest in the body.3. In Angelica dahurica's root, the content of sucrose is highest, secondly fructosan, then fructose, and the content of sucrose is lowest. During the process of Angelica dahurica's growth, the content of sucrose shows the trend of gradually increasing; the content of fructosan increases at earlier stage, and then begins to gradually decrease at the end of September; the content of fructose shows the trend of gradually decreasing; the content of sucrose shows the trend of decreasing-increasing- decreasing; and the content of soluble sugar increases at earlier stage and then decreases, but the accumulate weight gradually increases.4. The content of coumarin is highest in Angelica dahurica when it is harvested in the spring of the next year, at which the content of imperatorin is 6 times as many as that in one year growth and 4 times as many as that in two years growth; the content of isoimperatorin is 2-3 times as many as that in one year growth and two years growth. The accumulate weight of imperatorin in two years growthis more than 9 times as many as that in one year growth of Angelica dahurica, and the accumulate weight of isoimperatorin is 7.7 timesas many as that in one year growth.5. The contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelica dahurica are both highest that grow in sand soil, secondly in clay soil, and lowest in loamy soil; while the accumulate weights of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelica dahurica are highest that grow in loamy soil, secondly in clay soil, and lowest in sand soil . According to the habitat, the contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Angelica dahurica are highest that grow in Anguo, at which is 0.244% and 0.073%, respectively, secondly in Wuqiao, Heibei province, and lowest in Beijing.6. Organic fertilizer can remarkably raise the yield of Angelica dahurica, the conte...
