Xinjiang is a big province in industry of herding in China, every year the diarrhea of pup has resulted in the loss up to more than 8000 thousand dollars. For long time, the medicine cures were main ways to solute diarrhea, but with the time of treatment was prolonged, especially the unreasonable usage of an antibiotic would result in the occurrence transfer of the drug tolerance gene, the phenomen of drug tolerance in animal made the medicine treatment be no longer ideal, and become the harassment farming industry. Therefore, the vaccine prevention would be a development to control the diarrhea of pup. The main reason of animal diarrhea of pup is that infected by Enterotoxigenic E.coli (ETEC) and Rotavirus (RV). Prevention and cure in RV, a form virus coat protein VP4 and VP7 is main protection antigen, which has the important function in researching vaccine. The cause of disease of ETEC includes adhesin and enterotoxin, the adhesin is unpoisonous itself, but it can combine with the particularity receptor of the skin cell of bowel, is premise of realizing ETEC result disease. The enterotoxin produced by ETEC has the toxicity function to the bowel skin cell, which can result in the metabolism mess of the cell, then caused the diarrhea of pup. Therefore the vaccine aimed to adhesin and enterotoxin was a main hot point of researching recombinant vaccine of ETEC.It is a new field to produce animal edible vaccines by means of transgenic plants. Transgenic plants as vaccine production systems represent an economical, simple and highly effective characteristics compared with other production systems. It is important to produce animal edible vaccines by means of transgenic plants to prevent animal and poultry infectious diseases according to the characteristics of animal edible vaccines and difference of taking food methods of human,animal and poultry.Currently the edible vaccine by plants is still placing in just the start stage, and has many problems be solved. In addition to needing the further enhance of the expression and the stability of the antigen gene in plants, at the same time have to improve the immunity original of the edible vaccine by plants and overcome the patience problem. It is an effective method that increase the immunity by adding immunoadjuvant. In the non- plant vaccine, it has already been confirmed that adding immunoadjuvant is an effective way to increase the reaction strength of immunity. For plant vaccines, join the gene of immunoadjuvant and the antigen gene, which make the expression of not only the antigen gene but also the gene of immunoadjuvant, this way should be an feasible...
