With the considerably insufficient forest resources, the possession of them per person in China is merely one fifth of the international average level at the moment, and the comprehensive rate of its employing wood only accounts for half of that of developed countries. Therefore, it is a huge task for China to reasonably and efficiently make use of the existing wood resources and develop those forest recourses not fully employed. Larches are richest among Chinese wood resources. As a result, it seems very urgent that the larch resources be highly developed and employed to lessen the conflict between the supply and demand of wood. The factors have influence on the efficient use of larches: internal stress large, the drying hard, especially resin. Compared with the other drying, vacuumed drying is a relatively more promising drying technique. So the degreasing process of larches through vacuumed drying should be adopted to fulfill the reasonable and efficient employment of larch resources. The topic of this thesis investigates the vacuumed drying traits, the inner transfer rules of turpentine oil moved mechanism and idiocraticity, sets up a math model of the quality transfer of this process, and provides theoretical supports for the optimal design and the process control for the drying and degreasing technics. Its major findings and innovations are as following:1. Through a great number of experiments and theoretical analyses, the basic rules of resin(turpentine oil and rosin ) movement are systematically and profoundly studied for the first time in the course of vacuumed drying of wood. The study indicate: the variety of rosin content was smaller whether wood radial or tangential, it wouldn't be emphases in the study; the variety of turpentine oil content was evident, especially the radial variety of turpentine oil content was 2 times upwards with tangential. therefore, the radial content of turpentine oil was emphases in the study. Author consider: meanings of Larches degreased oughted to be that turpentine oil was escaped from wood ,and rosin was solidified.
