Identification Of The Nephropatho-genicity Strain IBV-Z And Analysis Of The Nuclear Acid Sequence Of The S1-gene

The experiments were carried out to study the microbiology, pathogenicity and genetype of the nephritis - type infectious bronthitis virus (IBV) .Several strains of IBV were isolated from the chickens of nephritis - nephrosis. The nuclear of S1 - gene of them were amplitied by RT - PCR and cloned with PUC18. One of them that named P IBV - Z has been sequenced. It is different from IBV strain M41 or strain JMK . The ratio of heterologous gene is about 75% . The composition of antigen prosites had changed . A method of the analysing structure of IBV - S1 gene with PCR was developed. The genetype of the strain IBV - Y6 was determinated with it.We also produced a inactive oil vaccine with the allantoic fluid that was obtained from the inoculated egg with IBV - Z.The protect antibody may be induced earlier if chikens were vaccined at one - day old.
