To explore the nutritional and physiological mechanism of subacute ruminal acidosis(SARA), Dynamic changes of ruminal fermentation pattern, blood buffer system, metabolic products, production, absorption and passage of organic acids in the rumen and microflora during induced SARA period were studied in this paper with dynamic pH monitoring and recording system and oligonucleotide probe. The paper consisted of three parts:Part1.SARA model developmentSix Guanzhong dairy goats with permanent ruminal cannula in early lactation were fed suecessively four diets with different NFC/NDF levels, ie 1.02(â… ),1.24(â…¡),1.63(â…¢)and 2.58(â…£)during the 40-day meansurement period ,respectively. It was found that rumen pH decreased significantly with increase of dietary NFC/NDF, mean duration time of 5.2
