C.trompe is one kind of parasite pathogen in reindeer. The reindeer infected C.trompe is Marasmus and low Immunity. This disease is spreading by some factors as for Natural environment. The reindeer aquaculture industry had great loss by this disease each year in our country. The studies of C.trompe disease have been made great progress. But the studies of Species identification, immunity, Endocrine and Stress is in the blank. So this experiment main content is C.trompe homology and changes in body after infected. This experiment will lay the foundation for C.trompe eradication.This experiment use C.trompe pathogen, 30 reindeers infected C.trompe and 30 healthy reindeers. C.trompe mitochondria COI had been studied by molecular Biology methods. C.trompe homology and NJ Phylogenetic tree had been studied. The reindeers infected C.trompe had been anatomied, the Observation of Histopathology and Ultrastructural Pathology had been studied. The C3 and C4 in body had been studied by ELISA. The innate IgG and adaptive IgG had been studied by ELISA. The IL-12, IFN-γand TNF-αhad been studied by Radioactive immunoassay and ELISA. The lymphocytes apoptosis had been studied by Annexin V-FITC and PI dyeing using flow cytometry.The T3, T4, TSH and cortisol had been studied by Radioactive immunoassay. The NO, SOD, MDA, GSH-Px and T-AOC had been studied spectrophotometry.The results showd: The homology between C.trompe adult and C.trompe larvae is 97%, the homology among C.trompe, C.stimulator, C.ulrichii, Oestrus ovis and R.purpureus is 88%. Many Epithelial Cells and lymphocytes Exfoliated from reindeer Nasal after Observation of Histopathology and Ultrastructural Pathology. The Difference of innate IgG between C.trompe group and healthy group is significantly(P<0.01). The C.trompe group had a little adaptive IgG(OD=0.464±0.128). The C3 and C4 of C.trompe group had increased significantly(P<0.01). The Ratio of lymphocytes apoptosis of C.trompe group was higher than healthy group significantly(P<0.01). The T3 and T4 in C.trompe group was lower than healthy group significantly(P<0.01). The TSH and Cortisol in C.trompe group was higher than healthy group significantly(P<0.01). The IL-12, IFN-γand TNF-αin C.trompe group was lower than healthy group significantly(P<0.01).The NO, SOD, GSH-Px and T-AOC in C.trompe group was lower than healthy group significantly(P<0.01). The MDA was higher than healthy group significantly(P<0.01). The experiment proved:C.trompe had different homology compared other species cephenemyia. Reindeer body appeared aggravated immunity, aggravated Inflammation, declined metabolism and declined antioxidant. This proved the harmfulness of C.trompe.
