Therefore, actively carry out agricultural research and application of information technology to make high-tech agricultural services, for the full implementation of the "technology and education strategy" of great significance.In this paper, fruit-based 3G mobile expert system is information technology, network communication technology and system integration of the latest technology in agriculture typical application.Hybrid network based on 3G and GPS technology, expert system embodies the fruit movement strong mobility, convenience, guidance, and profound, practical, portable, easy maintenance and so on.
