Objectives:To observe the therapeutic effect of the hemopoietic methods of regulating liver, tonifying heart, tonifying spleen and tonifying kidney on marrow-suppressed mice after radiation, compare and study the regulatory effect of promoting hematopoietic function and the possible mechanisms of marrow-suppressed mice. To provide theoretical and experimental study evidence for proper and reasonable utilization of the hemopoietic methods in clinic.Methods:Through making myelosuppression animal model of kunming mice with60Co-γ rays, observe the different effect of regulating the expression levels of peripheral hemogram, GM-CSF, EPO, and TPO in serum and CD34+in marrow about Chaihushengxue formula(self-protocoland) and Xiaoyao pulvis on the basis of the hemopoietic method of regulating liver, Zhigancao decoction on the basis of the hemopoietic method of tonifying heart, Guipi decoction on the basis of the hemopoietic methods of tonifying spleen, Zuogui pill and Yougui pill on the basis of the hemopoietic method of tonifying kidney.Results:1.Compared with model control group, each medicine group could improve the expression level of peripheral hemogram to different degrees, but Zuogui pill and Chaihushengxue formula could improve the expression level of HGB, RBC obviously (P<0.05) and Yougui pill could improve the expression level of RBC, WBC obviously(P<0.05)2.Compared with model control group, each medicine group could improve the expression level of TPO, EPO, GM-CSF to different degrees (P<0.05), but Zuogui pill, Zhigancao decoction and Chaihushengxue formula were more advantageous compared with Yougui pill, Guipi decoction and Xiaoyao pulvis (P<0.05) 3.Compared with model control group, each medicine group could improve the content of CD34+in marrow to different degrees.Zuogui pill and Xiaoyao pulvis were more advantageous than other groups (P<0.05)4.1n terms of impact on bone marrow tissue pathology change, each medicine group shows that bone marrow nucleated cells and megakaryocyte were increased significantly and blood sinus expansion was not obvious which reveals that each medicine group could promote bone marrow tissue’s restoration and accelerate the recovery of hematopoietic function. Each medicine group could increase the number of megakaryocyte in bone marrow of mice, but Yougui pill were more advantageous than other groups and the difference was significant compared with Zuogui pill and Guipi decoction(P<0.05)Conclusions:The hemopoietic methods of tonifying kidney and regulating liver could promote hematopoietic function and were more advantageous than other groups in restoring peripheral blood, regulating the level of TPO, EPO, GM-CSF in serum, increasing the content of CD34+cells in bone marrow and restoring the bone marrow tissue.
