In order to evaluate Yangxuezhiyang tablet effectiveness and safety, we have completed the following studies:Documetation (teory) study: To gain the basic knowledge in chronical eczema treatment, we have seeked the Oriental antient documentations refered to eczema in all fields of the disease: name, reasons, the disease mechanism and the treatment method. On the other hand, we also have reviewed the chronical eczema treatment situation in Oriental medicine in the last years as well as the basic modern medicine knowledge in eczema treatmentExperimentation study: We have completed studying the Yangxuezhiyang tablet treatment effect on alergic contactable dermatitis, caused by dinitrofluorobenzen (DNFB) on mouse ear skin of studied group of 10 mouses, compared with pcssitive placebo group of 10 mouses, treated with corticoideand negative placebo group of 10 mouses, treated with physiological bittern solutionSafety study: Experimentation on mouse aimed to check about the acute toxicity : no LD 50 has been proved. The maximum dose mouse could suffer is 250 times higher than clinical dose used (37.5 g/kg).Clinical study: Devided accidentaly in 3 groups patients: Studied group of 34 patients, Ketotifen placebo of 31 patients and Wushezhiyangpian placebo of 30 patients.
