Part I :Making T-type acetabular fracture model and studying its injury mechanismObjective To make acelabular T fracture models which have not been done successfully in the world and study acetabular fracture mechanism. Methods Thirteen adult cadaveric pelvis antiseptically with both one second femoral trunks approximately were selected and trimmed to fit the RMT-150B rock mechanics measuring system and the special increasing pressure system. After installed, the test acetabulum was pressured to 130N and determined the position of the femoral trunk when the tiny responsive deformation of the both colums reaches its top and equals and the tiny responsive deformation of the acetabular fossa increases greatly. Then added to preasure again in certain proportion. Don~ t beat, until you can hear some tiny fracture sound. Results we have made twenty one T fracture models from twenty six cadaveric hip. The rate of success was 80. 77%. The complicated fracture and dislocation of the models was 67%. conclusions The contraction of muscles around acetabulum plays an important rule in acetabular fracture injury mechanism. When acetabulum bearing action force greatly, the acetabular ability of against violence and responsive deformation is very low , so it is easy being injured by violence. The type of acetabular fracture is relative to the position of the femoral head , but don' t depends on it.
