Among them, people pay more attention to ulguer drugs. Xiatare is one which was thought to be good in treatment of dermatomycoses. Xiatare came from one famous book writed by Yusupu.Wuyaer. Xitare consist of six ulguer herber. Among reference for ten years, there is no paper for antifungal study of Xitare. But there are some papers for antifungal susceptibility of six ulguer herber respective. Professor hamulati and his group had done study on preparation, physic and chemic property, quality standard, tabilization, on the base of this, Xitare was embodied by P.R.C drug standard in 1998Xiatare is mix medicine . Although Xiatare was used for long time and had much experience in clinic, but people still don't know how it work, it is an obstacle to extend xiatare into market, so it will be very important to work over its antifungal mechanism .Part 1 Study of antifungal susceptibility of Xiatare against dermatophytesBackgroundXitare consist of six ulguer herber. Among reference for ten years, there is no paper for antifungal study of Xitare. But there are some papers for antifungal susceptibility of six ulguer herbers respective.Antifungal susceptibility of drug is evaluated by MIC. NCCLs M27-P document have been developed. This tests just fit for the yeasts , not for all organism-drug. Different alternatives to the NCCLs methods are currently under investigation. NCCLs M38-P document is a better tests for filamentous fungi given by NCCLs.To evaluate antifungal susceptibility, we determined antifungal susceptibility of Xiatare against dermatophytes with M38-P and yeasts with M27-P. we also first established NCCLs M27-P and M38-P method in Xinjiang medical university .MethodFungus Strains all came from center of fungus and mycoses research in xinjiang medical university(XYZ), Xiatare was given by haboqikang Pharmacy Co. as testing drug, tebinafine was given by Novatis Pharmacy Co. as positive drug, we examinated antifungal susceptibility of Xiatare against dermatophytes with M38-P and to yeasts with M27-P.Result1. Antifungal susceptibility of Xiatare against 171 strains dermatophytes had been showed. The MIC90 of Xiatare to T.r is 1024 μ g/ml, Mean MIC is 907 μ g/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against T.m is 1024 μ g/ml, Mean MIC is 1000 μ g/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against T.vio is 1024 μ g/ml, Mean MIC is 1047 μ g/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare againstT.ton is 1024 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 1023 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against M.g is 2048 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 1862 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against M.canis is 2048 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 2048 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against E.f is 102411 g/ml, Mean MIC is 1023 μg/ml.Antifungal susceptibility of Terbinafine against 171 strains dermato-phytes had been showed. The MIC90 of Terbinafine against T.r is 0.01 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 0.0093 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Terbinafine against T.m is 0.01 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 0.01 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Terbinafine against T.vio is 0.0111 g/ml, Mean MIC is 0.01 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Terbinafine against T.ton is 0.01 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 0.01 μ g/ml; The MIC90 of Terbinafine against M.g is 0.08 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 0.08 μ g/ml; The MIC90 of Terbinafine against M.canis is 0.005 y g/ml, Mean MIC is 0.005 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Terbinafine against E.f is 0.04 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 0.0398 y g/ml.2. Antifungal susceptibility of Xiatare against 69 strains cadidas had been showed. The MIC90 of Xiatare against C.a is 16384 μ g/ml, Mean MIC is 14588 μ g/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against C.tro is 4096 μ g/ml, Mean MIC is 3614 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against C.gla is 16384 μ g/ml, Mean MIC is 15135 μ g/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against C.kr is 16384 μg/ml, Mean MIC is 13489 μg/ml; The MIC90 of Xiatare against C.par is 16384 y g/ml, Mean MIC is 1638411 g/ml.Antifungal susceptibility of Terbinafine against 69 strains Candidas had been showed.
