Visual Human Project(VHP)'s coming out has provided wide perspective for medical image vision research. It is noted that the development of digital virtual China Human Body Data Set has provided the medical image vision research with abundant and precious data accord with the configuration features of China Human body.The Chinese traditional acupuncture treatment has been accepted widely all over the world, but its mechanism is still obscure. Retroversion of its research history shows two deficiencies: one is the painstakingly pursuit of the coherence with the ancient records of menstrual acupoint, and the other is the limited analysis in the acupuncture mechanism which lacks the wholesome analysis. Therefore it is the key to look for the material base of acupuncture stimulation in macroscopical view and to learn the function of its structure in the growth biology. This thesis reconstructs the fascia and connection tissue with the virtual China Human body data set, and on the basis makes deep research on the anatomy foundation of acupuncture mechanism.[Aim]1. To find out the development of image vision and the latest application condition: to find out the common techniques, methods and application scope of image medical processing; to find out the development process, application perspective and present development of VCH. Analyze and compare the common medical image process techniques and algorithms and find out their respective features, application fields and scopes to make greatest advantage. Thus to find out the proper processing methods for the virtual China Human body data set.2. To find out the development of Chinese medicine acupuncture point(jingluo) theory, the present main research orientation, their theory basis and latest trends.3. focus on fascia and connection tissue, reconstruct the 2-D and 3-D on the virtual China Human body data set. In the processing, try to avoid of make the least human intervene guaranteed that the processing quality fulfils the special requirement.4. To compare the 3-D reconstruct results with the distribution of (jingluo) described in the classical Chinese medicine work and provide the anatomize foundation for the human body menstrual acupoint and theacupuncture treatment mechanism.[Method]Do 2-D process such as image match, background elimination, image enhancement, fascia and connection tissue segmentation on the virtual China Human body data set. On image match use the preset site equipment of the specimen pack to make rigid match and look for the central position of distort mark point using the round temple with the same diameter of the mark point. On background elimination use the b-r difference threshold value segmentation, whose threshold set method is automately set by the difference scope of image. On image enhancement use histogram methods of different space and methods of wavelet transformation; observes and compares the results. On fascia and connection tissues segmentation use two different methods to segment the image twice.On 3-D reconstruct use the surface reconstruct method, stain making the surface of fascia and connection assemble part in the sequential images before the reconstruction. Construct the net-like structure of fascia and connection tissues of the whole human body and compare with the stimulate positions of the traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment.[Result]1. The match result basically attains the expectation with small deviation with the cause of the diversion of the central position by the deformation of the marking points. As the two end points of the base line diverse toward the same direction, it is impossible to detect it during the adjustment of the base line. The background elimination and enhancement results also attain the expectation, and the remedy of the defects in images is up to the requirement.
