Objective To investigate the prevention of operative and post-operative complications of urinary system for cervical carcinoma. Methods 237 cases were managed with these techniques following radical hysterectomy : disassociating adhesive bladder by reversal method, keeping the branch of uterine artery, using ureteral suspension, partial vaginal reconstruction and suprapubic cystostomy. Results The common complications were in urinary system, including 0.42% of injuries ,54.85% urine retention ,0% fistula and 9.70% infection. Conclusion The morbidity of operative and post-operative complications of urinary system was lower than the common reporter and these surgical modifying could decrease the morbidity and related post-operative complications.
