Objective: To investigate the application of transthoracic Doppler echocardiography, myocardial contrast echocardiography, myocardial tissue Doppler imaging and color kinesis to estimate myocardial regional perfusion and ventricular function pre and post intracoronary stent implantation and the relationships of these four ultrasonic techniques when used to evaluate coronary artery disease. Methods: The data using time-amplitude curves, coronary blood flow , strain rate, myocardial velocity gradient and CK-diastolic index were studiedin in 37 CAD cases and 20 healthy adults. Results: SRI, MVG, CK-DI, CFVR , VTId0/VTId1 , A, β , A . β and the reserve of ischemia myocardium were lower than that of normal myocardium . Postoperation, every parameter improved after 1 week and significantly increased 3 month later. Conclusions Intracoronary stent implantation can effectively dilate narrowed coronary artery and save the viable myocardium. The ultrasonic techniques of transthoracic Doppler echocardiography, real-time myocardial contrast echocardiography, myocardial tissue Doppler imaging and color kinesis echocardiography can accurately estimate the blood flow perfusion and...
