Objective: In the base of the national tackle key problem in science and technology 'study of combined therapeutic regimen of stroke in acute stage', to summarize the combined therapeutic regimen of stroke and to probe developing pattern of stroke syndrome in acute stage, relationship of syndromes, relationship between syndrome and NIHSS, relationship between syndrome and ADL and relationship between syndrome and diagnosis by brain CT, in order to give a direction of TCM syndrome study.Method: data mining.Results:l.To establish the combined therapeutic regimen of stroke in acute stage ,to say in other words ,basal therapeutic regimen + orally Chinese traditional medicine soap + Chinese traditional medicine preparation in drip + physical therapy + acupuncture + general tend.2. Fengtanyuzu syndrome is most common in the begin of Ischemic stroke ,Tanreneibi syndrome and Tanshimengshen syndrome are more common in hemorrhagic stroke than in ischemic stroke. It fits the feature that pathogenetic condition of hemorrhagic stroke is more severe than ischemic stroke.3.Feng syndrome , Huore syndrome , Qixu syndrome and tan syndrome change more quickly, Yinshenyangkang syndrome change less quickly in ischemic stroke ; Feng syndrome and Huore syndrome change more quickly , Qixu syndrome change less quickly in hemorrhagic stroke.4.Every syndrome turns better in the process of silkness. Change of Yinshengyangkang syndrome is different from other syndrome in ischemic stroke ; changes of Xueyu syndrome and Qixu syndrome are same with other syndrome in hemorrhagic stroke.5. Associativities of every syndrome of ischemic stroke are expressed by equations,such as, Feng syndrome and Xueyu syndrome, Feng syndrome and Tan syndrome, Huore syndrome and Tan syndrome, Huore syndrome and Yinxuyangkang, Tan syndrome and Qixu syndrome, Yinxuyangkang and Qixu syndrome, Qixue syndrome and Xueyu syndrome often be together; but Feng syndrome and Qixu syndrome, Feng syndrome and Yinxuyangkang syndrome often less be together.Associativities of every syndrome of hemorrhagic stroke are expressed by equations, such as, Feng syndrome and Tan syndrome, Tan syndrome and Qixu syndrome, Huore syndrome and Qixue syndrome, Yinxuyangkang and Qixu syndrome, Qixue syndrome and Xueyu syndrome often be together; but Feng syndrome and Yinxuyangkang syndrome, Tansyndrome and Yinxuyangkang syndrome often less be together.6. The syndrome that can best forecast the score of NIHSS and ADL in ischemic stroke is Feng syndrome; the syndrome that can best forecast the score of NIHSS in hemorrhagic stroke is Feng syndrome, the syndrome that can best forecast the score of ADL in hemorragic stroke is Houre syndrome. Feng syndrome can aggravates neurologic impairment of paralytic and activity of daily living in ischemic stroke. Houre syndrome can aggravate activity of daily living in hemorrhagic stroke.7.In ischemic stroke the relationships between number of infarctus ,infarct size , infarct place and every syndrome are expressed by equations, such as ,infarct size is choice factor to Feng syndrome and resistant factor to Yinshengyangkang syndrome ; number of infarctus is resistane factor to Qixu syndrome and is choice factor to Tan syndrome ; ischemia in right hemisphere is resistant factor to Tan syndrome and Yinshengyangkang syndrome.In hemorrhagiC stroke the relationships between volume of bleed .hemorrhage place,hemorrhage hemisphere and every syndrome are expressed by equations,such as, hemorrhage in both hemisphere is choice factor to Feng syndrome and Qixu syndrome; volume of bleed is choice factor to Feng syndrome, Huore syndrome ,Tan syndrome and Xueyu syndrome and is resistant factor to Yinshengyangkang syndrome; hemorrhage in lobe of brain is resistant factor to Tan syndrome and Xueyu syndrome;...
