To investigate the relationship between tumor angiogenesis and bone marrow derived endothelial progenitor cells. We established a model of tumor angiogenesis and bone marrow derived Endothelial Progenitor Cells with tumor-bearing mouse. The VEGF, ICAM levers were detected by ELISA, The VE-Cadherin, KDR expression in tumor tissue were examined by Western Blot. Endostatin, SU-5416 were used to find the effects to inhibit the EPCs location and mature. It is proved that some new blood vessel endothelial cell derived form EPCs, and VEGF, ICAM is related with this process. VEGF,B-FGF increased the location and mature of EPCs and expression of VE-Cadherin, KDR in angiogenesis, but Endostatin, SU-5416inhibit the process. It is concluded that bone marrow derived EPCs is related with tumor angiogenesis, B-FGF^ VEGF promote the process, but Endostatin> SU-5416 inhibit it.
