The Studies On The Oleanane-type Triterpenoid Saponins And Lupene-type Triterpenoid Saponins In Chinese Herbs Oplopanax Elatus And Achyranthes Bidentata

This dissertation has described the studies of triterpenoid saponins in Chinese herbs, mainly on oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins. It includes three parts: 1, the generalization of oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins; 2, the isolation and structure elucidation of the triterpenoid saponins in Oplopanax elatus; 3, the isolation and structure elucidation of the triterpenoid saponins in Achyranthes bidentata.1. Generalizing the studies on oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins. We have generalized the triterpenoid saponins discovered since1966, listed the structures and sources of oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins.There are 1220 oleanane-type triterpenoid saponins among 1680 triterpenoid saponins discovered since 1966. It is concluded that the studies of triterpenoid saponins have been highly thought of and become one of important research fields.2.
