1. Protective effects of pulmonary artery perfusion with hypothermic solution on lung tissue and functions in the correct operation of Tetralogy of Fallot64 children with TOF were divided into control group (n=30) and protective group(n=34).The basic parameters (age, weight, C/T ratio, oxygen saturate and McGoon index) were not different between both groups. The patients in control group were performed using routine approaches. Patients' pulmonary artery were infused with 4 °C protective solution during CPB in protective group. Patients' lung functions were monitored, plasm MDA, tumor necrosis factor (TNF-a) and IL-6,JL-8 in tracheal suction were measured , and lung biopsies were also obtained after operations. Results: Oxygen index was higher in protective group than in control group and the difference was significant at 6hrs, 12hrs and 24hrs after operations (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01 respectively); A-a O2 in protective group was less than in control group at 6hrs, 12hrs and 24hrs after operations (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01 respectively). Airway pressure in protective group was lower, but there was no difference between both groups (P>0.05). The time of mechanical ventilation and the time of...
