The regeneration and function recovery of peripheral nerve is one of the hottest issues in the field of neuroscience. Because of the characteristics of peripheral nerve anatomically and functionally, anastomosis can not be achieved ideally in most cases and autologous nerve graft can give rise to sense dysfunction in donor and misdirection regeneration of nerve fiber. Thus it is necessary for people to search some artificial nerve substitutes to promote peripheral nerve regeneration. The peripheral nerve tissue engineering technology brings new hope to resolve the difficulties in peripheral neuroscience. The key point of tissue engineering nerve is to implant seed cells and neurontrophic factor into a kind of scaffold which has a three-dimensional structure, bio-absorbabilty, then to repair the peripheral nerve defects. But these key questions are still unsolved yet.In this experiment, we use tissue engineering technology to isolate nerve regeneration-related nutrition factors (NRNF) in nerve regeneration microenviroment and purify their active ingredient, and to establish induction and differentiation condition of promoting adipose derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADMSC) to differentiate into schwann cells in vivo and in vitro. We have...
