The blood pressure of head reflects situation of blood supplied for head, but also situation of blood pressure oneself and regulation from autonomic nervous system when envirment is varied. It is very important to measure the blood pressure of head accurately and continuously on aviation or clinic.Because the relationship of PWTT and blood pressure is clear in physiology. And the view that PWTT reflects varied blood pressure after calibration for personal has been proved.Because length from thorax to head is short, and pulse wave transit time is short, it is very important to get thorax-head pulse wave transit time accurately for reflecting varied blood pressure according to the relationship of PWTT and blood pressure.The paper measures and analyzes the bug of RWPWTT for head, and put forward new technique for measuring thorax-head pulse wave transit time accurately.Find the varity of RWPIT and ICT which includes RWPWTT for head. If measures thorax-head pulse wave transit time by RWPWTT directly, there is distinctly error.
