[Backgroud]Liver disease is one of common diseases in China that threaten to humanhealth. The mortality of acute and chronic hepatic failure due to all kinds of liver disease is about 70%~80%. Many research report the only effective method to treat acute hepatic failure and endstage liver disease is liver transplantation. Liver transplantation is restricted to apply widely because the donor liver is hard to get. Heterogenous liver transplantation is an important research work at present. Its primary obstruction is hyperacute rejection (HAR). HAR can lead donor organs to damage and necrosis irrevocably due to human complements activated.
