HCV (Hepatitis C virus) is the causative agent of Hepatitis C which leads to the chronic hepatitis. Over 170 million people globally were infected by HCV, in China there were 40 million people. So the HCV infection has been a major worldwide health problem. To date, there is no vaccine and sepecific therapy available.With the successful use of small-molecule inhibitors of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) viral protease and reverse transcriptase in the clinic, the research anti-HCV targeting the protease and RNA polymerase were the focus in these years.
