BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:Nowadays in China, primary glomerulonephritis is the frist etiological factor of the End-Stage Renal Disease(ESRD). Every year,it will spend huge money to treat the End-Stage Renal Disease all over the world, especially the medical cost in hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplantation operation. The Mesangial Proliferative Glomerulonephritis(MsPGN)is one of the most important glomerulonephritis in all kinds of glomerulonephritis. There is diffuse proliferation in mesangial cell and mesangial matrix in the kidney of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. The mesangial distension is almost the common abnormal appearance in all of the chronic renal glomerular diseases, then it can cause glomerular sclerosis which is the common character of the end-stage renal disease.
