Objective:To investigate the microstructure and angioarchitecture of brain arterioveous malformation(BAVM) in order to further understand the foundational structure of clinical symptom with BAVM and to explore the methods for the treatment.Methods:1. Thirty specimens resected from patients with BAVMs were detected by HE stain, Masson's and elastic fiber special stain, transmission electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy(AFM) to observe the change of vascular histopathology and microstructure. And selected 10 specimens with diameter more than 2cm for gross anatomy observation.2.
