In recent years, the development and application of protein chip make a good progress. This technology closely relates with many important basic researches, such as proteomic study, molecular mechanism of important diseases, structures, function and interaction of biology molecules, mechanism of drugs effect and drug discovery, cancers diagnosis and therapy. Protein chip can provide necessary information and accelerate these studies as a powerful technology platform.Receptor is a kind of functional protein which can identify and bind to the biological molecules (ligands) and introduce signal transduction in vivo. The study of receptor is the basic task of pharmacology and the key method in elucidating the physical and pathological process, pharmacological effects of drugs and relationship between drugs structure and function. Considering more and more questions in pharmacy and medicine, advanced technologies are needed to break through the bottle-neck of research efficiency. To develop receptor protein chip is a necessary subject. The purpose of this study is to develop the advanced receptor protein chip and provide a powerful technological platform in pharmaceutical and medical research. The content includes: to recombine androgen receptor in E.coil to provide receptor materials, to design and prepare receptor protein chip with independent intellectual property, and to apply the technology in doping detection, clinical bio-available hormone of serum test and drugs high throughput screening.1 Cloning and expressing of androgen receptor in E.coliWhen rats were castrated mRNA was isolated from rat ventral prostate. Androgen...
