PurposeApproximately 7.9-35 percent of the otorhinolaryngeal carcinoma is confined to laryngeal, of which squamous cell carcinoma is the most, accounts for 90 percent. In the last 40 years, the morbility of laryngeal carcinoma has a tendency to grow. It is important to make sure the mechanisms of laryngeal carcinoma to help early diagnosis and treatment that can improve the quality of life and survival rate.It is known that many related products of oncogenes and anti - oncogenes take part in the signal transduction of grow, proliferation and differentiation of cells. So, it is newly thought that the cancerizaion is perhaps due to abnomal signal transdutions, that is the cells accept abnomal grow, proliferation and differentiation signals. The changes in adhesion and transmigration of cells are important in the formation, infiltration and spreading of tumor. The adhesions between tumor cells, tumor cell and extracellular matrix, tumor cell and endotheli-al cell are mediated by different adhesion factors.Integrins, which are important known as adhesion factors, with growth factor receptor mediate those actions. Especially in epithelial tumors, with which the expression of integrins in basement has a close relationship and prognose early recurrence in clinical. The intracellular effectors that couple receptors and their downstreams are the key for the signal transductions to the extracellular ma-...
