Leptosprirosis, a kind of widespread zoonosis caused by leptospira, is prevalent throughout the world and severely endangering the health of human as well as agricultural and pastoral production .Leptospira is a kind of special microbe in organic structure and genetic character during the period of system development and evolution. Most methods used in bacterial research are not appropriate to leptospira. DNA sequencing of the L. interrogans lai 56601 strain provides new chance for the research of Leptospira, but few reports about the virulence-associated genes appeared so far. The pathogenic mechanism of leptospira remains slow. So it is very important to control Leptosprirosis making clear of its pathogenic mechanism. The differential genes had been acquired between pathogenic and non-pathogenic Leptospira by SSH. Ompl17 gene have been ampilified by PCR. DNA sequencing bio-informatics teching and it function has been analyzed by gene targeting. The expression in vivo of ompl17...
