(2)The cultured embryonic cerebral cortical neurons were identified with immunofluorescin histochemistical method. Tubulinβmonoclonal antibody and GFAP polyclonal antibody are specific antibodies for neurons and astrocytes respectively. (3) Hypoxic injured neuron cell-model was established in an anaerobic incubator with an anaerobic gas mixed with 85% nitrogen and 5% carbon dioxide and 10% hydrogen.
