Bone is a dynamic tissue that constantly undergoes remolding which sustains its integrity and intensity. Bone remolding is a coupled process in which bone resorption is normally followed by new bone formation. Bone resorption is induced by the osteoclast, a large multinucleated giant cells which derived from its haematopoietic precursor cells. Now the physico-chemical properties changes under stress is the hot spot, Rubin et al had found that stress inhibited the osteoclastogeneisis and the migration of the osteoclast. Kurata found that stretch stress enhanced osteoclastic bone resorption activities and up-regulated the messenger RNA expression of TRAP. Mcallister's research elucidated that 16dyes fluid shear stress enhanced the concentration of NO and PGE2. Burger had observed that fluid shear stress caused by bone deformation retracted osteoclasts and lowed their bone resorption activities. In Chiba's experiment, they concluded...
