Expereviental Study Of Isoniazid Microspheres For The Treatment Of Synovial Membrane Tuberculosis In The Knee Joint Of Rabbit

Objective: To prepare the isoniazid microspheres, and to investigate it's general properties, such as the morphous of the microspheres, the particle diameter distributions, the durg loading rate, the drug encapsulation rate, the durg release properties and biocompatibilities. And, we also used the isoniazid microspheres for the treatment of rabbit synovial membrane tuberculosis of the knee joints, in order to investigate the therapeutic efficacy of isoniazid microspheres, as the preliminary work for further clinic employment. Methods: (1) Prepare the isoniazid microspheres with double emulsion methods, investigate the morphous of the microspheres and the particle diameter distributions by the scanning electron microscope and the particle size analyse apparatus; to investigate the durg loading rate, the drug encapsulation rate, and the durg release properties at the PBS solutions in vitro with HPLC methods.
